Remote tech support using VNC

    That’s a _lot_ of steps.

    Fog Creek’s Copilot is considerably simpler.

    Sure – now that Copilot works on everything from OS X 10.2 onwards it is a great choice for emergency work, but it does cost per minute and it does mean you don ‘t get the fun of setting up VNC listeners, servers, Public key authentication, SSH and all that good stuff some people have been putting off getting to grips with 🙂
