Seven Media Group, one of Australia’s leading integrated media companies, and TiVo Inc., the creator of and a leader in digital video recorders, today announced that Seven will be bringing TiVo to Australia in 2008.

So it is official – TiVo is coming to Australia (and New Zealand!) next year.

What is Kenbushi?

a powerful Media Server with full-screen media control (like Apple TV) and integrated support for Quicktime and VLC (so plays avi, divx, H264, flash, etc.), built-in cross-platform file sharing, web server and data backup over LAN/Internet. Perfect for building your own home media server. Many home users, developers, media consultants and businesses use Kenbushi.

Wow. This looks like an amazing tool – but then don’t they all before you use them? 😉

Olympic Park with Kronos Hill

Share your bike routes @ Bikely.com

This is a common cycling route for me at the moment. I haven’t talked about this much, but recently I have re-discovered the joys of bike riding. Given that I live so close to Bicentennial Park and the Sydney Olympic site it is a joy to ride around these areas.

This one is around 9km, which seems to be a good distance. It usually takes me an hour or so, but I haven’t been timing it yet. For now my focus is on improving my general fitness and body shape, which so far does seem to be changing 🙂
